For a very juicy & rich mushroom-ey flavour without any shrinkage. This is a perfect veggie alternative for a steak.

2 flat mushrooms

2 sprigs of rosemary (or thyme)

2 cloves of garlic

20g butter

salt & pepper

Place in your vac pac bag (or stasher bag) & Sous Vide at 167 º F /75 ºC for 1 hour

You will need to weigh it down in the sous vide (as mushrooms have a lot of air in them).

Serve straight from the sous vide or you can pan fry to reheat later.
