Ginger & Honey Pears

Step 1: Peel & Chop

For 1 pear:

30g fresh ginger

1 vanilla pod

2 tsp honey

Peel your pear.

Peel & chop your ginger into small cubes.

Scrape out the vanilla pod seeds.

Step 2: Sous vide at 80

°C /176

°F for 1 hour

Place all the ingredients (vanilla seeds & pod, ginger, honey & whole pear) in your bag & sous vide for 1 hour.

Serve straight from the bag (discard the ginger) & pair with vanilla ice cream or a honey comb parfait.
